The Hawks Cay Villa guest who places the order must be present to receive the order. Hawks Cay Resort crew will not receive, sign or store items from the delivery service on behalf of guests. For this reason, we encourage guests to schedule delivery on the second day of their stay and not on the day of arrival to avoid complications.
