Know Before You Go
Yes. Access is exclusive to registered guests staying at Hawks Cay Resort. Wristbands must be worn at all times and guests may re-enter the Adventure Park at any time during open hours. Damaged wristbands must be brought to the front desk for replacement; lost wristbands incur a $35 replacement fee. Guests arriving on their scheduled check-in date may begin enjoying resort amenities prior to room access.
Wristbands will be given at check-in upon confirmation that the waiver is signed. Every person receiving a wristband must be present at check-in.
Reservations are available at HawksCay.com under the Experiences tab, through Concierge, or in person at Coral Cay.
The resort fee covers a family of up to four individuals. Each additional person is subject to a $35 fee per day for the length of the stay at check-in.
Yes. Waivers may be completed online before arrival or at check-in.
10:00 a.m. to dusk. Hours may vary based on operating conditions.
Yes. Complimentary towels are provided at Coral Cay Adventure Park. Used towels may be exchanged upon request. Missing towels incur a $30 fee.
Yes. Lockers are available to rent from an attendant inside Coral Cay on a first-come, first-served basis. The rental fee is $25, which includes a $10 deposit refunded to your card on file when the lock is returned to the attendant inside Coral Cay. Refunds may take 3–5 business days to process.
Yes. Food, snacks, kid-friendly meals, and beverages are available at the Coral Cay Grill, with tableside service or electronic ordering via QR code.
No. Outside food, drinks, coolers, and glass containers are prohibited inside the Adventure Park and around pool decks.
Yes. Waterpark and outdoor essentials such as sunglasses, sunblock, and swim diapers are available for purchase.
Chairs may not be held by leaving personal items unattended. Resort staff may remove items used to reserve seating.
Children under age 15 must be accompanied and directly supervised by an adult age 21 or older throughout the waterpark and pool areas. Children under age 5 must remain within arm’s reach of a supervising adult while in or near the water.
Yes. Waterslide height requirements of 36, 40, or 42 inches and weight limits of 200 or 300 pounds are posted at each slide and vary by attraction.
Aquatic Attendants and certified lifeguards are on duty daily.
Yes. Complimentary life jackets are available for waterslide use, subject to availability; life jackets are also available for purchase. They are strongly recommended for young children, weak swimmers, and guests under 48 inches tall.
Outside inflatable rafts, arm floaties, pool noodles, swimming rings, pool floats, and hard sports balls are not permitted. Securely fitted swim goggles are permitted in general pool and splash areas but not on waterslides.
Outdoor attractions and pool areas close temporarily during severe weather, high winds, or lightning in the area. Attractions reopen once conditions are cleared in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and resort procedures.
The waterpark water is heated during winter and cooled during summer.
Appropriate family swimwear is required. Swimsuits with exposed metal zippers, buckles, rivets, or sharp hardware are prohibited on slides. Shoes are not permitted on waterslides; water shoes with heel straps are recommended for sun-heated decks. Eyeglasses and sunglasses must be secured with a head strap on slides or left with a non-rider. Cover-up clothing is required for indoor activities and venues.
Yes. Children who are not toilet-trained must wear an approved swim diaper under their swimsuit in pools, splash zones, and attractions. Swim diapers are available for purchase.
Coral Cay features accessible deck pathways and an ADA pool lift.
Service animals are permitted, subject to applicable restrictions.
Prior approval is required to protect guest privacy. A photographer may be available upon request for an additional fee.
No. The resort fee includes access to guest amenities and is not refunded due to rain or other inclement weather.
