Take the Florida Turnpike South to Florida City, where it connects directly to US-1 South. Continue along the Overseas Highway through Key Largo and Islamorada until you reach Duck Key. At Mile Marker 61, turn left into Hawks Cay Resort through the resort’s iconic white entry monument.

Shuttle Options

There is no passenger rail service to the Florida Keys, so travelers without a rental car typically arrive by shuttle or private transfer from Miami or Fort Lauderdale. Scheduled shuttle services, including Keys Shuttle and Greyhound’s Keys route, provide transportation from both Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport to the Marathon area, with the journey taking approximately three hours. For a more direct experience, private car services can be arranged in advance for door-to-door transportation from either airport to your resort
