Fitness Center

Even your workouts are better on vacation. Enjoy complimentary access to our premier Fitness Center, filled with Life Fitness cardio machines, strength and flexibility equipment, for the entirety of your stay at Hawks Cay. The Fitness Center is located inside the Calm Waters Spa building. Guests ages 12–16 must be accompanied by an adult; no children under 12 on any machines. Proper footwear required.

FAQ
Where is the spa located on the island?

Calm Waters Spa is located at the entrance to Hawks Cay Resort. Pull into the first parking lot on the right hand side after turning onto Hawks Cay Blvd.

May I use my mobile phone at the spa?

We encourage digital disconnection while you’re with us. Cell phones are not permitted in the spa, therefore we ask that usage be limited to the lobby or outside. Make sure to activate silent mode if you leave your phone in your locker.

Are lockers available for personal belongings?

Yes. Lockers are available for storing personal items during your visit, and each includes a key for your convenience. For valuables, we recommend using the in-room safe in your guest room for added peace of mind.

Should I book my treatments before arrival?

Yes! We fill up very quickly—advanced bookings are recommended. Additionally, we ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, as all treatments begin and end on time as a courtesy to other guests. If you are late, you will receive the remaining time of your scheduled service at the original price.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24-hour cancellation notice. Same-day cancellation or no-show appointments are subject to 100% of the appointment charge.
