Updates, FAQs and More

We are currently closed for renovation, but stay tuned for updates as we will be sharing news on our reopening soon. We expect to open in phases starting next quarter with the rest of the Resort opening this the summer with a fresh, new look. We know guests are curious about what is going on at the Resort since it has been closed, so we have a few frequently asked questions and their answers:

Q: Where are the dolphins right now?
A: We're happy to share that Dolphin Connection is up and running! The boys are home and ready to welcome guests into the water. For more information or to book a program, click here.

Q: When the Resort reopens will it look the same?
A: Structurally the Resort will look the same, but there will be noticeable enhancements.  We are still working on the details, but hope to share news soon.  One thing is for certain, Hawks Cay will be better than ever!  

Q: Will I be able to have my wedding at the Resort next year? 
A: Yes, the wedding venues will be updated and ready for weddings this summer.  Please feel free to contact our weddings team, if you’re interested in learning more visit us here.

Q: When will the fishing charters be available? 
A: Hawks Cay Marina Charter Captains are up and running to guide charter fishing trips out of alternative locations while the Hawks Cay Marina is closed. If you are interested, call 877-423-6403.

Q: How can I help with the effort to rebuild the Florida Keys?
A: The Resort has teamed up with Navionics in their effort to remap the Florida Keys shorelines and bottom contours. If you have a boat, all you need to do is record your sonar logs on your plotter and then send them to Navionics via Wi-Fi or upload the plotter card using a computer. Depth data can also be shared here.
