Thirsty Travels
Enjoy delicious cocktails mixed by our resident bartenders at the Tiki Grill. Our bartenders love to share their travel stories, fishing tales and cocktail-inspired misadventures while mixing up some of our island-inspired concoctions including the Keys Sunset (vodka, grapefruit juice, grenadine and lemonade), the Key Lime Cooler (rum, fresh mint, coconut water) and the Tropical Welcome (rum, melon liqueur and pineapple juice), among others.
Fire and Wine Under the Stars
Love the feeling of the Florida Keys’ breeze at night? We do too! What would make it 10 times better? Fire and wine! Don’t believe us? Come have a glass of wine by our fire pit, the favorite gathering place for couples, poolside.

The night is young—why not tantalize your taste buds at Angler and Ale, one of our signature restaurants? Angler and Ale's dishes feature a fusion of fresh flavors and sustainable ingredients that are sourced from local fishermen and growers. The restaurant offers a selection of seafood dishes as well as greens, burgers and pizzas. In the mood for something a little more elegant? Check out Sixty-One Prime, our fine dining restaurant where our chefs create bold dishes paired with an excellent selection of wines.

What better way to begin or end the night than enjoying an international selection of fine rums in our bar at Sixty-One Prime or lighting up a hand-rolled cigar at our veranda? Now that’s what we call a great night out!
