You might have heard we’ve got something special coming your way this winter:  the opening of our new Angler & Ale restaurant. In case you can’t tell, we’re pretty excited about it: not only because it’ll feature refreshing cold beers (perfect for those summer Florida Keys days), but also because of all the fresh local seafood you can dig into while overlooking the marina.

Until then, we’re sharing our recipe for our Island Tuna Crudo so you create your own Angler & Ale experience at home. Hopefully it’ll also bring a bit of Keys warmth as it starts to cool down around the country!

What you’ll need:
4 oz. raw sashimi cuts from saku block of tuna
¼ cup fish sauce
2 TBSP olive oil
2 TBSP soy sauce
2 TBSP sweet chili sauce
¼ cup coconut water
1.5 tsp minced Jalapeno chilli pepper
1.5 tsp cilantro
1.5 tsp mint
½ tsp tarragon
2 TBSP chopped mango
1 TBSP chopped red onion
2 TBSP chopped papaya
1 TBSP chopped cucumber
½ a coconut for serving dish
Fresh toasted coconut, for garnish
Fresh minced chives, for garnish

Mix all ingredients together. Serve in coconut half and garnish with toasted coconut and chives.
