So you've got your SPF lathered on and your flopped into a comfy chaise lounge by the saltwater lagoon and it hits you. You're hungry! A frosty cocktail would be nice, too. Of course, you're nowhere near ready to relocate or so much as lift a finger. Well, it’s your lucky day. The Beach Grill serves up tropical cocktails, cold beers, great sandwiches and fresh salads right there at the lagoon or pool. All you have to do is look up and you'll see the helpful staff running about and ready to come take your order. Or, if you'd rather, sidle on up to the Tiki Bar and order from your bartender. Option three, grab a poolside table and enjoy a genuine sit down meal. At Hawks Cay, life's not just a beach. It's a beach with great food and drinks.

Who's Pouring at the Tiki Bar
On a whim Lauren left her job in St. Louis in hopes to never see the snow again. After Lauren landed the job at Hawks Cay she couldn't picture herself doing anything other than serving up drinks and smiles in this beautiful paradise. She is known as "sunshine" by most who know her due to her big personality and bright smile. Stop by and grab one of her favorite cocktails, a refreshing Key Lime Cooler or ask for one of her secret recipes, they are sure to please.
Jon dropped everything in his hometown of St. Louis for the sole idea of bartending in the Keys. Needless to say, he's never looked back. He is known as El Hombre to all of his friends for his mouth watering Mojitos (Best in the Keys). If you are up to the challenge, stop by the Beach Grill, but know that you might be there all day.
