Always something new to discover in the keys!01/25/2011
Had a great day on the water with a family from Wisconsin yesterday. They wanted to go out on the water but also wanted to see the Packers game. We took a rental boat and found a little "hole in the wall" restaurant that reminded me of Key West 20 years ago. Much to our surprise, the food was great! And then, when their team won? Priceless. -
Crazy Fog this morning leads to a beautiful afternoon!01/20/2011
We all had a foggy commute to work today and for a little while we didn't know what to expect. Luckily by 9:30 the sun broke through and has turned this into a perfect day! Flat calm, 80 degrees, and NO FOG! I had to post a picture though, it's been twenty years since I've seen fog like this in the keys. -

Blue Sky and Calm Seas11/15/2010
We had the nicest day today that I just had to tell you about it. It was "severe" clear today. The parasailers were looking for Cuba. The snorkel trip was fantastic with a free airshow (five F-16s thrilled the guests with a low flyby) and a pod of 15 acrobatic dolphins playing around our boat. It's days like this that make you glad to be alive! (Then again yesterday was pretty much the same) -
Fantastic Fall Weather11/12/2010
OK, it may be a stretch to call this fall weather, but it's the closest that we get here in the Florida Keys. Blue skies, highs in the 80's and "Fall Like" low 70's in the early mornings. To see our fall color... Grab your snorkel gear and enjoy our year round color on the reef. -

Labor Daze08/31/2010
The evenings are a little cooler and the weather a little milder. We have all the makings for a great Labor day weekend. Our crew snorkel trip yesterday found schools of snook, two huge black grouper, and a spotted eagle ray than "flew" around the reef for the entire trip. We had a great time being "guests" for a day, now it's your turn. -
Parasailing over the clear beautiful waters07/09/2010
We are having a beautiful day parasailing above crystal clear waters watching turtles and eagle rays in good numbers. The wind is calm and the seas are clear, a perfect say on Duck Key. -
July 4th Fireworkds Cruise07/06/2010
July 4th was wonderful on Blue! The boat went out a few miles while Deighton was playing the steel drums. They were wonderful! And perfect for the mood, while we danced, ate, drank, and watched the sunset turn dark to make way for the fireworks. The fireworks took off from Hawk's Cay and were unbelievable, soundtracked to the Star Spangled Banner, the weather was warm, the wind cool and the waters calm. What a perfect way to spend the 4th of July! -

The weather forcast is for a beautiful weekend! The water is crystal clear and the sun is shining. Snorkeling will be great...but then so will the parasailing, jetskis, kayaks, segways.....It's going to be a fun filled weekend. Hope to see you soon! -
