Florida Keys Waterfront Villas
Marina Village embraces the laid-back style of the Florida Keys. Evenings are spent on private balconies and lanais watching fishing boats return to the docks. Fresh seafood dinners are enjoyed at nearby Tom's Harbor House restaurant. And memories are created on the marina's waterfront promenade as you walk to get ice cream or set out for an unforgettable day of deep-sea fishing, snorkeling or parasailing. Inside each villa, the flavor of the islands is expressed in light tropical décor and contemporary furnishings; while a full kitchen, roomy living space, outdoor lounging areas and upscale amenities offer all the comforts of home.
Special features and items to note about your Hawks Cay Villa:
- Your villa offers a full kitchen stocked with key dining and cooking supplies, as well as small appliances such as a coffeemaker, blender and toaster. Please note that coffee and filters are not provided, so be sure to bring along your favorite brew.
- The Dockside Store located on Hawks Cay Marina offers a range of convenience grocery items.
- While room service delivery is not available to Hawks Cay Villas, Tom's Harbor House offers "Tom's To-Go" dinner carryout service for those evenings when you'd like to dine in but don't want to cook.
- Hawks Cay Villas receive daily trash removal service. Daily housekeeping visits can be added onto your stay at a rate of $75 per day. You can add this service to your stay during the online booking process, or by letting our reservations agent know when booking over the phone.
- Your villa will be stocked with linens and towels prior to arrival, as well as detergent for the washer and dryer in your unit. Towels and linens will only be replenished during your stay if you choose to add daily housekeeping visits to your reservation. Pool towels are stocked at our resort pool areas.
- Our Island Tram circulates throughout the resort during the day, providing transportation to designated pick-up and drop-off locations should you opt not to stroll, bike or drive.
2 Bedroom, 11/2 Bath Villas, (2 or 3 Beds)
Each cozy, 2-story vacation villa features a private ground-level terrace and second-floor balcony, captivating island and ocean views, comfortable living and dining areas, full kitchen, a queen bed in the master bedroom, and either a queen or 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. 780 sq. ft. Sleeps up to 4 in bedrooms, 6 with sleeper sofa.

Our popular two-story townhomes are located just steps from the marina, and feature spectacular garden or water views, spacious living and dining areas, complete kitchens, two full baths, private outdoor terraces, and one queen bed in both the master and second bedrooms. 900 sq. ft. Sleeps up to 4 in bedrooms, 6 with sleeper sofa.
1-Story, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Villas (3 Beds)
Our roomy, single-level vacation properties offer expansive living space, open floor plans, high ceilings, large screened-in porches, two full baths, one queen bed in the master bedrooms, and two twin beds in the second bedrooms. All units are accessible by elevator and do not have stairs within the unit, making them ideal for guests traveling with small children. 1,350 sq. ft. (1,700 sq. ft. including porch.) Sleeps up to 4 in bedrooms, 6 with sleeper sofa.
