Luxury Villas Just Steps from the Water
Tucked along a deep harbor and quiet canal, you will find Harbor Village. Just a short stroll from the main Resort's restaurants, pools and attractions, these villas embrace the most alluring qualities of the Florida Keys—beauty, relaxation, and calm waters. Villas surrounding the harbor feature nearby available boat dockage (dockage fees are additional) with direct access to the Atlantic Ocean; a boardwalk where you can fish with your kids; and two outdoor terraces with stunning views.
Villas lining the serene canal offer a bit more solitude, many with an enclosed private patio that includes an in-ground plunge pool. Inside, each of our Harbor Village vacation rentals feature charming Caribbean decor, stylish coastal furnishings, and well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms.
Complimentary daily trash removal service and a full housekeeping service will be provided once during your Hawks Cay Villa stay of four nights or more. Upgraded daily housekeeping visits (which would include overall cleaning of the villa, as well as replenishment of towels and paper goods) can be added onto your stay at a rate of $35 per day.

Located alongside a quiet canal, our Florida Keys villas feature comfortable living and dining areas, full kitchens, a queen bed in each bedroom and a sleeper sofa in living area, with many units offering private patios with non-jetted plunge pools. These villas are the ideal location for couples looking for a more private retreat. 900 sq. ft. plunge pool measures 7 ft. x 7 ft.

2 Bedroom, 2½ Bath Villas (3 Beds)
Lining a protected harbor, our popular two-story vacation villas offer on-site boat dockage (for an additional cost), two outdoor terraces, full kitchen, queen bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom, a quaint sitting room with daybed where you can close the door and relax, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. 1,320 sq. ft.

These spacious harbor-front villas offer the same features and amenities as our 2 Bedroom, 2½ Bath Villas, plus an additional bed. Each unit includes a queen bed in the master, 2 queen beds in the second bedroom, a double bed in the third bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. 1,320 sq. ft.
