Can tweens come to the Indies Club during the day by themselves?

No, children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Will tweens enjoy camp?

Children of all ages will enjoy camp. Our counselors are very good at incorporating games and activities that everyone can do together.

Can tweens come to Teen Night Out?

Technically Teen Night Out is for ages 13+. With parent's permission we have let 12 year olds into the program. They will need to be signed in and out of the camp by a parent or accompanied by an older sibling.

Do tweens have to sign up for the activities?

There's no need to sign up in advance. As long as a parent is present on the Indies Club property, tweens may show up and join in the games and activities they wish to participate.

Can tweens rent bikes without a parent?

We ask that children under 16 have a parent's signature to rent a bike out. Florida law also states that children under the age of 16 have to wear a protective helmet (included in rental).

Can tweens buy things without their parents being there?

Tweens can buy things at the Indies Club and Indies Grill but will need to have a room key.

Can tweens go swimming by themselves?

Children 12 and under may go swimming at the parent's discretion. A parent must also be present on the Indies Club property.

Can tweens take transportation by themselves?

No, you must be at least 13 to ride the resort transportation without an adult.

Are there tween activities at the main pool and lagoon?

Tweens are more than welcome to participate in our arts and crafts and pool competitions. We will separate age groups to keep the competition fair!

Is the Lagoon safe?

The pipe-fed salt water lagoon is a safe and unique aspect of our resort. Only the smallest fish and plant life can make it through the pipe and into the lagoon.
