Welcome to Hawks Cay Resort, the extraordinary Florida Keys meeting and event destination. Before going to work for Hawks Cay I served as Director of Sales & Marketing for nine years at the Celebration Hotel, where I was a member of the opening team for the Disney-inspired community. Before that I was the Director of Convention Services in Philadelphia, and National Sales Manager in Orlando for Adams Mark Hotels. I am a graduate of the Johnson & Wales Culinary University, and now reside in Central Florida where I enjoy boating and fishing.

I service all Hawks Cay groups originating from Florida and Texas, and am happy to answer any questions you may have about our beautiful resort. Through my years of experience I have learned what it takes to plan and execute a successful group event, and I am confident that the service, accommodations, and meeting facilities you'll find at Hawks Cay will exceed your expectations.

To Whom it may concern:

I recently organized a group of 30 people to stay at Hawk’s Cay for a 5 night period. Our event included a two day meeting, meals on property, and some good ol’ relaxing! All I can say is WOW! From the moment we arrived, I was impressed. The service was spectacular. Every single person who works at Hawks Cay was very attentive to my groups’ needs at any time and was able to get anything any member of my group anything they asked for.

The facilities were wonderful as well. The moment I walked it I felt like a weight had lifted off my shoulders because I knew I would be in good hands. The accommodations were incredible and the service was impeccable. I have never met an A/V representative like Mike who was so focused on all of our needs. Anything we wanted happened in a split second. Our meeting room was set up perfectly, with the exact amount of space for each attendee (which was a specified amount).

The food and beverage captains also double and triple checked to make sure everything was accurate. The rest of the catering crew could not have been more impressive. They would remove any trash the minute we were done. It was amazing.

Susan Raible was really the single individual that took this meeting and trip from meeting my expectations to ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations. She was there for my group the entire time. Ever since we began planning the meeting she knew exactly what we wanted and how we wanted it. I never needed to explain things more than once, she got it right away, and that saved me so much time and energy.

Not only did she follow up on a regular basis throughout the planning process, which happened over an 11 month time period, but she constantly checked in on us while we were at the resort. It was as if we were her only client EVER, that’s how special she made us feel!

Anything we needed Sue could get for us and anything that we didn’t need, but added to the trip, she already had! Sue definitely thought of everything to make the trip top notch that I felt like I didn’t have to worry about anything. I organize over 5 large meetings a year for the President of Moe’s and that NEVER, EVER happens! Hands down Sue made our trip, and that’s all there is to it.

I would not only recommend Hawks Cay to family and friends for a wonderful and relaxing get away, but more importantly, I would recommend it to my colleagues for Corporate meetings and functions. In my eyes, Hawk’s Cay, is the top of the top and anyone that gets to go there and experience what we did is very, very lucky.
