I just wanted to send you a quick note regarding my recent stay at Hawk's Cay Resort. Several of my colleagues and I (RLG International) spent four days using your facilities for our strategic planning for the upcoming year. We could not have been more pleased with our experience. The facilities were perfect for our needs and provided all of the amenities we required in a beautiful and relaxing setting. We hold many such events each year, and I cannot remember a place that better accommodated our needs. Even more impressive than the facilities was the professional, courteous, and attentive service we received from your staff. At every step along the way, we were treated as valued guests of your resort. That level of service is what made the difference between a good experience and a great experience for our group. Although your entire team was fantastic, I would especially like to recognize the efforts of Barry Reidy. She made sure that we had everything set up for a successful and enjoyable trip. When my boss was unable to finalize arrangements for this trip due to a death in his family, Barry made sure that I was brought up to speed quickly and made finalizing the rest of the itinerary a painless experience. She was always professional but also added a personal touch so that we felt more like guests rather than just paying customers. Whether it was making sure our IT needs were met in the meeting room, coordinating events such as fishing and jet skiing, or just checking in throughout the day she was always working to make sure our event went smoothly. Thank you for providing such a great experience for me and my team. I am sure we will be back soon to host another event for our company. Dear Susan, I am embarrassed that it has taken me so long to write a proper thank you for the lovely and enjoyable time that my husband and I enjoyed at your beautiful resort. Our stay at Hawks Cay Resort and Marina allowed us a delightful respite to remember during these sad times and both of us want to thank you for the many special touches you provided during our stay. From the special goodie basket that included a much-favored Hawks Cay water bottle to the the fruit basket and the champagne gift package, each special thing that you did was much appreciated. You and your staff truly made us feel like VIP guests. It was our first visit to the Florida Keys and we hope that we will be able to visit this beautiful paradise many times in the future. We were so surprised to learn that we didn't have to go outside of the USA borders to experience the beautiful Caribbean climate and colors that we so crave during the long and frosty Maryland winters.
