Serving up what is undeniably the freshest fish around, Tom’s culinary crew meets with local fishmongers daily to select , expertly prepare and serve the “catch of the day.”
And if you hook it, they'll cook it. The "Hook 'n' Cook" option let you bring your own catch from your day of fishing and have it prepared by the chef for dinner.
Located at the Hawks Cay Marina and with a spacious waterfront deck, Tom’s Harbor House restaurant is favored by Keys natives (Conchs), locals and resort guests alike. Signature menu items include the days’ freshest catch and prime steaks. Tom’s is also one of the few area restaurants to offer the elusive, but delectable, hogfish. Stone crab and Florida lobster are served in season.
Open daily starting at 6 p.m., Tom’s Harbor House restaurant offers live entertainment on weekends.
Harbor Bar
The ideal spot to cool off and catch up on the day’s fishing tales, Harbor Bar offers ice-cold beverages, dockside views and the best Conch fritters in town. Open daily starting at 4 p.m., Harbor Happy Hour takes place daily from 4 p.m. to 6 pm.
Chef Charlotte Miller
Charlotte Miller, head chef at Tom’s Harbor House Restaurant at Hawks Cay Resort in the Florida Keys, has worked in the food industry since 2000, and she received a degree in culinary arts from the New England Culinary Institute. Her passion for the Keys influences her delectable creations at Tom's Harbor House. It also has earned her first place in “Taste of the Keys” seafood category. When she's not in the kitchen, Chef Charlotte enjoys fishing, snorkeling and sailing in the beautiful blue-green waters at Hawks Cay.
