Here is a great photo of our roasted chicken dish available 7 nights a week at Alma. Alma features a full dining menu 5 days per week and a casual lounge menu on Sunday's and Monday's (days may vary); however this signature dish is available 7 days per week and is a crowd pleaser!

Right before this photo Kingley prepared a "Blue Diamond Mojito" using fresh muddled mint, fresh key limes, muddled blue berries and blackberries with equal parts Absolut Acai Vodka and Absolut Kurant Vodka. Topped off with a splash of club soda... Needless to say; the guest came back for more!

It's officially summertime in the keys! We have re-launched our much adored Absolut Vodka "Crush" bar. Poolside from 2pm-10pm on Fridays and Saturdays you can enjoy a refreshing cocktail made with fresh squeezed juices, seasonal berries, aromatic herbs and the all natural flavors of Absolut Vodka. Our favorite is the Absolut Crush with Absolut Mandarin, Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice and Club Soda. Spring is here and summer time right around the corner. We are preparing for an exciting new menu with lot's of local citrus for inspiration. Light crisp white wines will surely be a great pairing with our new menu and I look forward to sharing it with you all soon.
ALMA and Terlato Wine Dinner February 15, 2011
We are getting ready for our first ever wine dinner at Alma on Thursday February 17, 2011. We will be featuring a 4 course menu and canapes for 30 lucky guests. All of the food has been expertly paired with wines from the Terlato family of wines. A representative from Terlato international will be here at Hawks Cay to discuss the subtleties of each wine and how and why they taste so good with our special menu. I can tell by the smell of sage throughout the kitchen that Thanksgiving is nearly here. If you have not made a reservation for our signature Thanksgiving buffet seating is still available. Look forward to seeing you all there!
